The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has delivered a new batch of multirole Su-35S fighter jets to the Russian Ministry of Defense, strengthening the country’s air capabilities with so-called 4++ generation aircraft.

According to the UAC, the aircraft underwent a full cycle of factory tests, including evaluations in various operational modes, and were sent to their home airfield after approval.
Pilots from the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) praised the aircraft’s flight performance. Both the technical characteristics and armament of the Su-35S fully meet the requirements for aerial combat missions, such as air coverage and achieving air superiority.
During the handover, VKS personnel expressed their gratitude to the engineers and workers involved in the aircraft’s development and manufacturing.
Designed for air dominance and precision strikes on land and sea targets, the Su-35S operates effectively day and night, in adverse weather conditions, and at long distances from its base.
